Recreational Area will consist of two main components - seasonal garden and
recreation facilities. The garden with a total area of 500 sq. m will be located
straight in front of house, preserving natural beauty of the area all year round. The
garden will be composed mainly of ornamental trees that will provide proper
shade and will positively influence the quality of air around the house. Other
recreational facilities, such as tennis court, outdoor swimming pool, etc., will also
be located in the area.
