Project Description
Under the project concept it is
envisaged to expand the operating 17.6
ha greenhouse area by 15 ha.
Currently it’s the largest operating
fresh cut flower greenhouse in Armenia,
which is technically full designed and
provided by the leading Dutch and French
greenhouse technology supplier –
DALSEM and RICHEL.
The company was established in 2011
and is situated in Kotayk region, near
village Goght.
There are two separate territories in
one place, DALSEM and RICHEL.
 the whole land area of RICHEL
greenhouse has 15 hectares of total
area, 8 hectares of which is fully
equipped and maintained greenhouse
 the whole territory of DALSEM is 32
hectares, 9.6 hectares of which is fully
equipped and maintained greenhouse
There are 200 employees working in
company, 80% of which are women.
The Greenhouse is the absolute leader
of export volumes in Armenia.
5.5 million roses are sold annually in
local market and the rest are exported.
There are four shareholders of the
operating company and shares are
distributed as following: 40%, 27%, 20%,
13%.
The primary advantages of this project
are:
 the location and favorable climatic
conditions
 developed export network (exporting
countries: Russia, Georgia and Belarus,
Netherland and Sweden)
 planning to export: Iran, Netherlands
and France
 recently started cooperation with
representatives from Kazakhstan
In the framework of this project the
enlargement of greenhouse will be
provided by RICHEL.
The investment will significantly
increase the company's profits and the
revenue will be around 20 million USD,
compared with the current 8 million USD.
