realized

promote
sustainable
development and growth of infrastructure.
Highly skilled staff, cultural and sport
events, traditional Armenian food will
provide tourism growth.
Risks and Risk Mitigation
As with each business initiative, the
implementation of this kind of project will
also be exposed to certain risks that can
affect the effectiveness of the activity and
the performance of the intended
indicators.
These risks can be global, which will not
depend on quality of the “village”
operation and the policies implemented,
and the local
ones responsible for the implementation
of the project.
At the same time, as noted, there may
also be local risks which, in the case of
surveillance, will be mitigated, but their
impact cannot be underestimated, in
particular.
In order to implement the project, the
relevant organization should consider a
number of circumstances related to the
location of the premises and recognize the
need to follow them, such as the
acquisition of space, the construction, the
timing of the work, etc.
