Project Description
The main aim of this project is to
construct a unique and original place
where everyone can enjoy medieval
culture and history of Armenia.
Under the project concept 20 houses
(accommodation for up to 80 people) are
planned to be built.
The project concept is to show history
of Armenia to tourists as well as to
engage them in different types of events
such as traditional outdoor games, craft
making etc.
There will be an imitation of medieval
life which will help tourists to get away
from the daily routine.
The relevant historian will serve as
guide to help visitors get acquainted with
the Armenian history.
The project author will invest in the
project by providing about 3 ha land plot
with an opportunity to expand. The
property
includes
an
unfinished
construction with a total space of 700
sq.m, passenger cars, barn and cattle.
It is envisaged to construct a river rock
path leading to the village and a 1000
meters’ length fence.
All the communications are available
on the location.
Basically tourists will be offered a 2-
day packages.
Homestay accommodations also will
be available.
