The possible forms of project management are as follows:
1. Direct state management
While choosing this management form, it is possible to possess and operate the property.
The state, through its authorized body, carries out the competencies of the general meeting
of shareholders, as well as exercises general and current management of the company's
activities.
 The authorized body is responsible for the operation, maintenance, financing and service
provision of the Company
 The authorized body is responsible for the commercial, financial, capital investment and
operational risks
 The state receives income in the form of dividends and taxes
