ski.
To sum up, all these factors make
Jermuk and near areas as one of the best
places in Armenia to construct a house
and spend the holidays there.
Strategy and Implementation
Within the framework of the project,
alpine style houses are planned to be
built in Jermuk. As mentioned above,
Jermuk is one of the top destinations for
a leisure and active recreation.
Considering the climate conditions and
the environment, Jermuk is quite popular
among Armenians and foreigners as well.
So, this means that the target audience
for this project is quite big, however
considering the fact that these houses
will be very stylish, have a lot of
innovative features, the prices will be
high as well, thus the target market are
the people with middle and higher
income.
For the promotional campaign of the
project it is essential to have a
professional website, a well written blog,
and an active Facebook page and Twitter
handle. It must have a social media
strategy to stay current (and continuous
shameless self-promotion will not work).
Post on Facebook and Google+ a
minimum of several posts per week, and
aim for about four times that amount for
Twitter.
