Market Analysis
Real estate market is one of the fastest
growing sectors in Armenia. Hundreds of
buildings and houses are being
constructed throughout Armenia every
year. According to official statistics, the
number of transactions is growing
annually as well.
By August 2017, it reached the level of
16718 transactions, which is 12% more
than the number of transactions in the
same period in 2016.
