HOW WE STRIVE FOR PERFECTION
Natural filtration through woods cleans the product and adds flavour and colour unlike the 'stripping' methods used by most distillers.
We take this one step further. We have collected more then 10 different woods from around the world including Tasmanian Oak, New Zealand Oak, French, Hungarian, American, Japanese, English, Italian, Canadian and Australian. These woods are used to naturally develop unique flavour profiles that cannot be replicated.
Leaving the finished products to age in barrels with these woods over time creates the ultimate finished product, however, with modern techniques such as carbon dating, we can mimic the process with natural products. We can impregnate the woods with various honey's and fruits and then caramalize them to take these flavour profiles to the next level.
Variety is the spice of life
Unlike most we do not limit ourselves to one particular spirit. When the processes and by-products of each type of spirit can add so much flavour and character to another type of spirit, why limit oneself?
We produce Whiskey, Rum, Brandy, Vodka and Gin .
