Drilling can be done anywhere. Drilling can be done in the ground, on beaches, and in the ocean. So why do we need to drill in the ocean? We don’ t. Many people think that there is more oil in the ocean then in other places. But can’ t the ocean just be a backup plan? Why can’ t we drill in the ocean, when there is absolutely no oil left?
