Sources of water pollution

" Water pollution is the contamination of any body of water, including groundwater, by substances not normally found in the water that has adverse effects on the natural environment and on human health and welfare." Water pollution can be caused by many things. For example waste going in the water; pesticides and fertilizer; leaking of gas to underground storage. Contaminating water is not the only cause to water pollution. The natural condition and the use of water can cause water pollution.
Water pollution spreads very fast so it can harm other clean water. Water pollution can also harm many species. With water pollution around underwater species will live in unclean water. If humans drink unclean water they might get diseases or viruses. Also with unclean water it ' ll harm the sustainability of clean water. Contaminated water will limit the clean water we can use. Water will not last as long as its suppose to last because of water contamination.
