Everyday people go on and off cars, trains, airplanes, etc. to move or go to the places they need to be in whether it for business or going to school it is normal and daily thing to do. Public transportation is a great source of transportation for those who work at a busy company and for those who doesn’ t have a transportation of their own to travel.
The Benefits and the Safety of Public Transportation
The benefits of public transportation are that it is cheap, convenient, and fast. It has provided large-mass population transportation to go where they want or need to go to. Safety is important and one thing and subject when it comes to anything that considers anything that is dangerous and something so serious. We have learned a lot from attacks and accidents that happens on the road and on in the air too. Like the bombing attacks in Britain in 2005 fifty- two people died and left an average of 700 people injured.( Airport Security) There was also the attacks on the airplanes too, in July 1996 an airplane in Paris exploded and crashed on Long Island, New York. It killed all 229 people on board.( After that the Vice President Al Gore had made thirty- one recommendations on the airplane, airport and airline security. There are also the safety on the road and streets. One thing that is important and most concern on the road is the safety of the driven vehicles. The dangers of driving trucks for example is that every year a great amount of 5,000 people are killed in any accidents that included trucks and more than 100,000 people injured.( Trucking Safety) They try to keep everything in place by organizing the time to
