Everyday people go on and off cars , trains , airplanes , etc . to move or go to the places they need to be in whether it for business or going to school it is normal and daily thing to do . Public transportation is a great source of transportation for those who work at a busy company and for those who doesn ’ t have a transportation of their own to travel .
The Benefits and the Safety of Public Transportation
The benefits of public transportation are that it is cheap , convenient , and fast . It has provided large-mass population transportation to go where they want or need to go to . Safety is important and one thing and subject when it comes to anything that considers anything that is dangerous and something so serious . We have learned a lot from attacks and accidents that happens on the road and on in the air too . Like the bombing attacks in Britain in 2005 fifty- two people died and left an average of 700 people injured . ( Airport Security ) There was also the attacks on the airplanes too , in July 1996 an airplane in Paris exploded and crashed on Long Island , New York . It killed all 229 people on board . ( After that the Vice President Al Gore had made thirty- one recommendations on the airplane , airport and airline security . There are also the safety on the road and streets . One thing that is important and most concern on the road is the safety of the driven vehicles . The dangers of driving trucks for example is that every year a great amount of 5,000 people are killed in any accidents that included trucks and more than 100,000 people injured .( Trucking Safety ) They try to keep everything in place by organizing the time to
