The body scan What impact has the course had on: (1) How you deal with your addiction and cravings I’ve been lucky in that my cravings and compulsions had left me for a good while but this has helped and taught me that they will pass, that they’re not me; that feelings are feelings, cravings are cravings. I can do a body scan to check in on where it’s coming from, what’s my part in this and why I’m letting it come in on me because I’ve dealt with these things. For me I notice a lot of the time it’s to do with hunger (2) Your relationships with others When I do it right I give them space to say how they feel.
