“As a leader, you understand that
the decisions you are making will
affect the staff and the people living
in this community,” he continues.
“It is something that is important to
me.”
Springate appears to be settling

into his current position. He also is
enjoying his new community.
“LCRH has a deep commitment to
the mission of making communities
healthier,” Springate says. “I look
forward to helping support and
continue the excellent work already
underway.”
“My wife and I have lived all over
the country,” he continues. “But the
people here are so nice and some of
the friendliest that I have ever met.”
