day,” Parker said. “We also look
forward to welcoming several new
physicians and nurse practitioners
in the next few months.”
Their specialties include
cardiology, general surgery and
family medicine.
Parker emphasizes that the public
shouldn’t let the pandemic prevent
them from seeking care for other
issues or neglect their mental
health.
“We are very concerned about
the impact of delayed care and
the health of those who have
waited to seek treatment for fear
of contracting the coronavirus.,”

don’t wait to see a doctor for a
major issue or illness.”

undiagnosed cancer as well as
documented cases of delayed
cardiovascular care. Economic
concerns are as much a factor as
fear of the virus.
“Most importantly we want
to reassure the public that our
hospital and our facilities are
safe and clean. Your experience
with us may look a little different

because we have new processes
and procedures in place to further
protect your health during the
pandemic. We look forward
to continuing to care for our
community.”
