Ashley Manor
Pathways is constantly forming
new relationships across northern
Colorado to provide exceptional care
to an increasing number of hospice
patients in our community. One of
the most recent additions to our
partner facilities is Ashley Manor in
Evans.
Ashley Manor is a memory care and
assisted living facility that has
62 residential homes total in the
U.S., several of which are in Evans,
Wheat Ridge, Lakewood, Aurora
and Fort Lupton. For the past 21
years, they have provided home-like
environments for their residents and
maintained quality, integrity and
innovation in all that they do. Their
primary focus is making the present
as meaningful as the past, which
they accomplish through making
residents’ dignity the top priority.
The facility places great emphasis
on personal choice for residents and
their families and lets them select
which hospice provider they would
like to use. In accordance with this
philosophy, Ashley Manor recently
welcomed Pathways as a new hospice
provider, a transition that has been
largely positive for residents and
staff.
