I can remember a time when I had to deal with a Client who had an issue with an invoice showing an error. I had to difuse the situation, calm the clien't down and ammend the invoice accordingly. I then offered the client a discount on their next purchase to retain the client. It really put my communication skills to the test as the client was aggresive but I managed to win them over and the end result was good.
