You must refer to that particular circumstance by painting a scenario. Explain the circumstances as they will enhance your answer.
Example:
I really felt a sense of achievement when I managed to find a solution for one of my companies most valued client's. I was recognised for maintaining goodwill and management promoted me to handle our top performing client portfolio. Other team members felt that there was a success story to be told and output and productivity was increased. It felt amazing!
