• Be observant and adapt into the work environment and culture quickly.
Going out for lunch with colleagues is one good way to ease into a culture.
• Communicate clearly and re gularly. Never be a “black hole”.
• Interact frequently and collaborate with colleagues.
• Always ask, “How can I help?”
• Seek help, feedback and guidance from your supervisor and colleagues.
• Get in the habit of thanking people who have helped you throughout your
internship. Handwritten “Thank you” cards are a nice touch.
