Employee Engagement

We firmly believe that employee engagement is essential for cultivating a thriving work environment. By establishing open forums where employees can share their perspectives, ask questions, and provide feedback, we foster transparency and collaboration. When employees feel heard and valued, they are more inclined to be motivated, productive, and dedicated to their roles, enhancing the longevity and success of our organization.
Internova’ s Executive Leadership Team conducts quarterly town hall meetings at various offices and virtually throughout the year. During these meetings, industry and company progress updates are provided, along with important upcoming dates and activities. This is followed by an open Q & A session. Each division also hosts its own town halls, team-building events, and social gatherings, focusing on team engagement and supporting local communities through charity and volunteerism.
Our Human Resources department offers employee programs that include learning and development opportunities, performance management, peer and tenure recognitions, mentoring initiatives, health and work benefits, support services for life challenges and mental health and resources for wellness and work-life balance, as well as product and travel discounts.
