Employee Population

​We are dedicated to cultivating a diverse pool of talent, backgrounds, and perspectives boosting innovation within the organization, and promoting equal opportunity in hiring and promotion. We enforce policies and provide training on antiharassment and discriminatory practices in the workplace.
Additionally, we support employee committees and events that celebrate diversity and assist those in need. We expect our suppliers and partners to align with these values and practices.
We are pleased with the positive statistics across our employee population over the last two years. We have maintained 54 % of women in executive roles and a global workforce comprising over 70 % women. Our employees represent a normal distribution by generations and tenure, indicating a balanced workforce where individuals from various age groups contribute to the company’ s success.
