Troye Sivan performed his hit song "Youth" from his album 'Blue Neighbourhood' at the 2016 Billboard Music Awards. He was named Kia's "One To Watch" artist. Each year Kia finds a rising artist to perform among the bigger names, and this year Troye blew everyone away with his mesmerizing voice while he danced in pink fog. If you've never heard of Troye, you have now, and he certainly is one to watch. (More about Troye on pg. 12)
