According to Pantone (http://www.pantone.com), Serenity and Rose Quartz
are the chosen colours of 2016. Leatrice Eiseman, the executive director of
Pantone Color Institute, said the combination of these two colors
"demonstrates connection, wellness and a soothing sense of order and
peace." Now, let’s talk about how to wear these warm and gentle hues.
1. Are you conscious of your waist? Then a profile shaped long wool coat will
be your best choice. This would look great accompanied by a round or a
stiff-collared shirt in a lighter shade to create a layered effect.
2. A business suit with matching colours for the top and bottom makes for a
dashing look which is sure to get you noticed in the office.
3. Printed patterns also create a cute look and are a practical way of
matching other dress items.
4. Of course, some may not like to apply a large area of these pastel hues to
their dress. Hong Kong fashionistas are often fans of the normcore look
wearing colours such as white, grey and black. This can look more chic and
is also easier to match with other colours. Therefore, a small accessory like a
watch or a bag in pantone shades can work just as well.

Fashion is a concept for the public
to pursue, but everyone should
keep their own concept in mind.
Every individual has different
characteristics, and overdoing a
trend may lead to them lose their
own unique style. So it’s always
best to choose what is most
suitable for your individual look.
