When you achieve something easily by short cuts
Have a second thought, whether you can rely on it for success
We learn to grow from unwanted, painful life experiences
The failures we don’t welcome grab us, to stand up again
Your feet might twist from hearing criticisms
Locking you and blindfolding you in misty patterns
You may lose track by focusing on the external voices
Or you can keep track by sticking to the internal ones
Listening to the voice within may take you down a longer path
But keep holding on, you will reach the dream you craft
Needless to say, the foundation is not formed in a day
Grit and perseverance must be with you in paving the way
The investment you make will lead to your success
But don’t forget to continuously invest
