The conditions of your offer will include completing your visa eligibility assessment and making your deposit payment( or providing a sponsor letter). The best way to pay your deposit is via your Applicant View.
When we have received your payment and all your supporting documentation, we will make your offer unconditional, which means you have a confirmed place on the course.

Confirmation of
There is a variety of accommodation in Portsmouth to choose from. If you are a first-year student starting in September, we guarantee you a place in halls of residence when you accept our offer and meet accommodation application deadlines.

The Student Housing Team will contact you with details of how to apply for halls of residence once you have accepted your offer. You can contact the Student Housing Team at student. housing @ port. ac. uk for help and advice on all types of accommodation in the city.
It is really important that you arrive in time for your Welcome and Orientation Programme and attend your course induction. For most students, this will be the week before your course start date.

Acceptance for
Studies( CAS)
statement
A CAS statement allows you to apply for your visa. We can only send the CAS when your offer is unconditional and you have accepted it.
STEP 9
Check your emails regularly for your CAS statement. If you are applying through an agent, they will also receive a copy.

Once you have your CAS, check it to make sure the details are correct before making your visa application. You can apply for your visa up to six months before the start of your course if you are outside of the UK, and three months before if you are already in the UK.
