Pathways to your degree

If you are an international student who does not qualify for direct entry, you may be able to begin your course at International College Portsmouth( ICP) and graduate with a degree from the University. ICP has helped over 5,400 students from more than 110 nationalities progress to their chosen University course.

ICP is an embedded college in the University and is centrally located on campus. You will have the benefit of learning in smaller classes with additional teaching sessions by highly qualified lecturers and tutors. You will also enjoy full access to all the same services and facilities as a University of Portsmouth student. Successful completion of an ICP programme gives you guaranteed progression to the University.

The College offers Pre-Sessional English, University Foundation( Year 0), First Year Degree( Year 1), Pre-Top-up( Year 2) and Pre-Master’ s courses. ICP operates a flexible entry system of four intakes each year( September, January, March and May / June), so you can begin your studies at a time that suits you. If you are interested in studying at ICP, you will need to submit an online application on the ICP website.
