MARKETING STRATEGY
To market the new store opening in London, there will be a number of ways to current and new consumers. Caroline
Lucey from Active in Style will be working with the brand to help oversee all the marketing and press material is appropriate to the brand. Caroline had set up a Lorna Jane UK Facebook page Active in Style was launched; Caroline
and her team will be working with the new em-ployees of the store to help keep the page updated.
PRICING STRATEGY
When a product comes from another country it can be quite difficult to work out the right price points with exchange rates, but because Lorna Jane clothing has been stocked in House of
Fraser and Active in style the pricing has already been worked out.
Press releases to be sent out to the UK market before and after the store opens
Social media, Active in Style’s social media, the UK’s Lorna Jane’s Facebook
page, over all platforms of the Australian Lorna Jane’s social media.
A launch night before the store opens with the UK ‘fitfam’, fitness and clean
eating bloggers, press and VIP guests
On the first day open, goodie bags will be handed out with press material, a
10% off voucher and a free Lorna Jane wristband
