The aim of a retreat is to facilitate
a nurturing environment tailored
towards complete relaxation,enabling
you to experience peace, movement
and inspiration.
The morning classes begin after
breakfast, pilates by the pool followed
by a guided meditation. Then time
throughout the day to just BE. The
afternoon classes begin again at tea
time, giving you plenty of time to
reflect on your personal discoveries.
You can explore the island and take
time with your thoughts, for me
personally one of the best ways to
meditate walking within nature, or,
perhaps you would prefer to spend
time by the pool with your feet
dipping into the cool water whilst you
read a book. One afternoon, whilst on
the retreat, there will be an excursion
to the beach, overlooking Es Vedra,
a highly magnetic, mystical rock
just off the south west coast. Some
believe this is the tip of the lost city
of Atlantis, but whatever you believe,
this is the perfect location to enjoy a
beautiful meal and watch the sun as
it sets.
One to one sessions with Sarah and
Mary-Jane can be arranged whilst you
are on retreat, and a local massage
therapist will be on hand should you
wish to book a treatment.
Sarah is a Pilates instructor and
Spiritual teacher working in London
and the South East. Her unique
approach is based on classical pilates,
studio pilates and therapeutic pilates.
She has spent time in Peru, alongside
the native Shamans and spent twelve
years learning her art from a worldrenowned healer. You can read

Mary-Jane
is
a
multi-qualified
alternative
health
practitioner
running a thriving private clinic in
Sussex to which people travel from
all over the UK. She has trained as
a homeopath, a N.A.E.T. Allergy
Elimination Practitioner and most
recently in Emotional Freedom
Technique (EFT). The health advice
she offers draws on the different
disciplines in which she has trained.
She combines these therapies in
a unique way to help her clients
achieve the gentlest and quickest
return to health, both physical and
emotional. With a keen interest in
nutrition and a healthy lifestyle she
works with people to empower them
to take their health and well-being
