ulled wine is absolutely delicious, however, if you get
it wrong, it can be just disgusting! I have tried many
different recipes over the years, but this one really is
good, the secret is a good wine and a good port, do not be
fooled into thinking that the spices will hide a cheap wine,
all it will do is have a bitter taste and you will have a banging
headache that will ruin the day! So, here is the recipe, serve
with some yummy shortbread to get into the swing for the
rest of the day and on that note, I see no reason at all why
this cannot be served all year round, I mean, if its cold and
you need warming up...... x
