write this article settled beneath a lemon tree, shading myself from the sun, my bare feet are swishing in the soil, connecting back to the land. I can hear the birds, I can hear the murmurs of our animals on the land and I take a moment to appreciate just how lucky I am to have rediscovered the joys of nature and all it offers.
