Max Goldstein: Oh Max, where do I begin? Your
dedication to AZA set the standard that every
Aleph and BBG of Evergreen Region should
uphold. I really do owe it to you that I’m writing
my I-Life right now, and you should know that I
will forever be grateful for everything you’ve
done for me. You will always be my puppy and I
will always be the co that got away. Love you lots.

Jessica Markowitz: I LOVE YOU. It’s always been
great being able to look up to one of my closest
friends in BBYO. You are my other half and I’m
not sure how I can ever thank you enough for
helping me get to where I am today. Don’t ever
change, because for some reason people seem
to really like you.

Jake Patish: You, of all people, remember me
from Perlman. Jake, you’re great and I can’t tell
you this enough. Your monotone voice and old
soul make you wish that you were my Dad,
but I’m very fortunate to have you as a friend
instead. You’re going to start the first BBYO
Ted Talks one day and I’m very excited to see
how it goes.

Jesse Schor and Irene T
abas: I got so lucky to
have two such incredible coordinators. Irene, I will
be content if I am half as great as you were. You
had a talent of being able to hold a conversation
with just about anyone and you were always so
poised and confident. Jesse, I could not be more
proud to have followed in your footsteps. You
were so supportive over the past couple years
and I hope my teens love me as much as we
loved you.

Emily Gorby: You are sent from heaven. I could
not have asked for a better role model,
predecessor, and friend and I spent my year
trying to fill your incredibly big shoes. I still listen to
the CD you gave me at IC, I fondly remember
our first counterpart call (which was conveniently
at the same time as IC ’13 registration opened),
and the gnome candle never fails to make me
smile. Thank you for showing me how to be a
great MIT Mom and a true friend.

Sierra Lash: I want nothing more than to be you
when I grow up. You are, without a doubt, the
most inspirational person I have ever met and I’m
absolutely positive that I would not be the person
I am today without your influence on me. You are
poised and well-spoken and you have the ability
to grab the attention of any room. Thank you for
being my other half on ILSI and for allowing me
to be the honorary third member of the SierraAllison relationship. I love you more than I can put
into words and I can’t wait to start the next page
of my life with you in it.

T Katz and Allison Van Wye: I will forever

look up to both of you as the strong, female
leaders that I aspire to be. Talia, I try to emulate
your geniune kindness to every person you
meet. Allison, thank you for believing in me from
day one. Lots of love to both of you.

Josh Peck: I can’t wait to hear the joke you’re
going to make about me putting you in my life,
but I really wouldn’t be here without you. Thank
you for being my best friend on every summer
program, for keeping my ego in check and for
making my EGR experience so great. For old
time’s sake, hi Josh!
