STUDENT
SUPPORT
at Keele
At Keele University we provide a
comprehensive student support
service covering all aspects of
student life.
We have an International Student
Support team dedicated to
all International, EU and EEA
students at Keele. Our friendly
team organise the Meet and
Greet Airport Collection service
and International Welcome at the
start of the academic year.
Weekday drop-in sessions are
held where students can receive
specialist advice and guidance
on visa and immigration queries,
finance and welfare issues,
information on working in the
UK and assistance with any
personal or academic issues
they may have.
Student Support is available
day and night. A team of
Resident Advisers in the Halls
of Residence and two Out of
Hours Support Officers along with
Campus Security work together
with International Student Support
to provide 24/7 support.
The Students’ Union also
offers an independent advice
service known as ASK which
can be consulted on a wide
range of issues.
Every student is assigned a
personal tutor who is available
to give academic guidance
and additional support in
academic English is offered
through the Language Centre.
For faith or spiritual guidance,
Keele has three Christian
chaplains, a Muslim chaplain
and faith advisors.
