Smart Innovation Hub | 21 PROVIDING VITAL EXPERIENCE TO STUDENTS AND RESOURCES TO BUSINESSES Keele’s Business School is based in our new Smart Innovation Hub building which opened in September 2019. Students joining Keele Business School will be able to make full use of the building, which is home for our accounting, business management, economics, finance, HRM, international business, management and marketing programmes. As well as new teaching spaces, the building is unique in also being home to business incubator space, meaning that our students study alongside innovative companies that are based in the building. The building is a hub for fostering networks and linking with industry, whether they be the dynamic businesses based within our wider campus Science Park, or international companies that make our region their home. The Keele Research and Innovation Support Programme (KRISP) gives students the opportunity to work alongside businesses to develop new products, processes and services. Through its ever-increasing links with business communities across Staffordshire and beyond, Keele University can offer vital real-world work experience to students and knowledgeable talent to businesses. “I chose to study Business at Keele because the modules are really interactive, we put theory into practice which makes it easier to understand and definitely makes learning more enjoyable!” ASMA, BSC HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT AND MARKETING Our Smart Innovation Hub – Find out more visit KEELE.AC.UK/KBS
