International Focus Magazine hosted a wonderful evening introducing their new advertisers and supporters to Lucy’s
Ethiopian Restaurant, one of iF Magazine’s first advertisers. Lucy’s comfortable atmosphere, signature honey wine,
and beautiful authentic food offered iF’s contributors the perfect opportunity to relax and get to know everyone. Val
Thompson announced the upcoming 4th Annual G7 Awards Honoring 7 of Houston’s International Achievers being
held May 25, 2017 at the Petroleum Club. Then he introduced Lucy’s owner Suzani Grant’s husband, Gary Grant and
their staff to the group. Gary told us how his wife wanted a business she could bring the family into, and even with
his hesitation, they created Lucy’s. Now he and many others are happy they did. They are planning a new location
soon, so keep your eyes open for it.
