The Center for Houston’s Future held its Future of Leadership Lun-
cheon, honoring Harris County Judge and Mrs. Ed Emmett with the
14th annual Eugene H. Vaughan Civic Leadership Award, on Wednesday,
March 22 with co-chairs Marilyn and George DeMontrond and Melissa

Reagan and as commandant of the Army War College. Since 2004, he
has helped shape future leaders at the University of St. Thomas and often
presents on leadership development and cultural change.
