Publisher’s Note
I
t’s said that people are “creatures of habit”
who tend to do the same thing over and over.
That’s certainly the case with iF Magazine’s
artists, writers, photographers and editors who
are doing a fantastic job over and over keeping the publication jam-packed with content
relevant to Houston’s rich and diverse international communities. Now that’s a good habit
to have!
I can’t quit talking about how fortunate we
are to reside and work in a city like Houston
with international community leaders who are
successful and ready to be known and published.
However, we’ve got our work cut out.
Houston’s international communities will present two or three major events every night. I
could easily schedule several events seen on the
scene every day. iF not the South Asians or Sub
Saharan Africans it could be Europeans or South
Americans. I could go on and on iF I would
mention nationalities. What a fabulous city to
reside in!
Have I mentioned before that I am a native
Houstonian? Of course I have. I’ve watched
our great city from the time when the tallest
building downtown was the Epsom. Ok, I’ve
given you a clue to my age. It’s been a remarkable journey so far to see the growth of Houston and feel a part of it all.
Thank you for your readership!
