Ambassador Li, Consul General of China
in Houston Farewell Reception
On July 23, 2019 iF Magazine was seen on the scene at the farewell recep-
tion for His Excellency Ambassador Qiangmin Li Consul General of The
People’s Republic of China in Houston. The reception was well attended by
local elected officials and Heads of Post for Consulates in the Houston area
along with his wife Madam Hongyan Zeng. Ambassador Li gave a passionate
speech on how he enjoyed his tenure as head of post for China in Houston.
Ambassador Li was one of iF Magazine’s most covered diplomats and well-
liked throughout our organization and he will truly be missed!
