The experts taking part in this panel:
Dr. Maria Zalewska is a media, memory, and Holocaust scholar who focuses
on the relationship between interactive technologies, visual culture, and Holocaust memory. Since 2020, she has held the title of Honorary Consul of the Auschwitz-Birkenau State Museum in the United States of America.
Dr. Jennifer Rich is the executive director of the Rowan Center for the Study
of the Holocaust, Genocide, and Human Rights and an associate professor in the Department of Sociology and Anthropology at Rowan University in Glassboro, New Jersey. Dr. Rich’s research and teaching focus on genocide education and memory.
Dr. Matthew Boswell is responsible for the management and operations of the Media Cymru Programme. His research focuses on the cultural representation of the Holocaust and other episodes of historical violence. He has a particular interest in the relationship between digital technologies and historical memory.
