Polini ECM for Vespa and Liberty 50 Euro 5
Designed and upgraded as a result of Polini Racing Department feedback and development work, after many tests this Polini ECM upgrade allows a choice between 3 different maps, giving the rider custom performance options. The Polini electronic ECM controls the engine and includes the connected sensors, the actuators, fuel injection, ignition and the engine auxiliary components. Allowing vehicle performance increases using latest generation microprocessors in synergy with model specific hardware, it is a fully reversible, easy install, plug & play ECM- just disconnect the original and connect this Polini replacement. The easy-to-use maps selector is pre-loaded with 3 maps: Map 1( Original Map) is specified to switch the vehicle to its original configuration, with factory engine, without any increase in engine rpm. This function is not applicable when oversized cylinder
and valve springs are installed. Additions include optional Polini Hi-Speed variator with 5.8 g rollers and Polini muffler. Map 2 is designed increase of the engine to 10,000 rpm, keeping the engine fully original. It is not mandatory to install the supplied valve springs, but Polini does recommend it. ClubSport adjustable levers for CFMOTO 675S include optional Polini Hi-Speed variator with 5.8gr rollers and Polini muffler. Map 3 allows the vehicle to reach a maximum speed of 70-75 km / h. With the additional installation of the Polini 49 mm diameter cylinder kit the engine capacity is increased to around 80 cc( 140.0236). This needs to be combined with the Polini extended gear ratios( 202.1429). It is also recommended to pair it with the Polini variator( 241.737) and the Polini muffler( 190.0079) and to replace all the original valves with those included in the package – essential for optimal results. Seen here for the 2025 CFMoto 675S R-R, these new MG Biketec ClubSport adjustable levers are designed for 2-3 finger or 2-4 finger operation and are said to deliver " excellent feel, optimal adjustment and maximum control " according to CEO Michael Gassler. They come up to 14 mm closer to the handlebar for optimal adjustment and also have a foldable swivel joint, which reduces the risk of breakage. Available short or long the newly designed micro-index adjustment wheel can be configured in six different anodised colours and adjusted in up to 25 positions and up to 25 mm in no time. The model-specific lever adapters are designed to maximize leverage and ergonomics. All MG Biketec brake and clutch levers are TÜV Austria tested and KBA approved to ensure rider safety( ABE valid within D-A-CH). Also available are CNC machined oil plug screws with hole for safety wire and mirrors sets- anodised in black, gold, blue, red, titanium grey or orange. The oil plug screw and their mirror sets are CNC milled from high-strength, heat treated 6082 aluminium, with ECE test mark. The mirrors are fully adjustable and anodised in black.
Also available are CNC-machined kickstand stand mounts- CNC machined from high-strength 6082, heat-treated aluminum and packaged with modelspecific screws.
