Racing teams rely on their riders to provide them with success , and those riders all have expiry dates on their racing careers . We generally have the good fortune to keep our management and engineering performance teams together for many years . Even though we have suffered the loss of key staff during the war I would rather be in our position , than that of most race teams ." www . supersprox . com
