New generation Touring windshields and aesthetics with an " aggressive and elegant look ". The design will " channel the air that reaches the radiator frontally and , thanks to its shapes , provide almost 2 kg of downforce on the front wheel - generating an anti-wheelie and anti-shimmie effect for greater stability at high speeds , more poise under braking and greater stability when changing direction ".
Handguard extension
design and allows parking on soft or uneven surfaces with greater safety . It is a mixed piece - part stainless steel , part CNC-machined from an aluminium block with rear anodising . These materials provide greater resistance while maintaining a low weight ( 110-160 g , depending on the model ).
Scooter levers
Seen here on the BMW R18 , Puig ' s new generation of Touring windshields are designed for naked-style models with non-round headlights . Manufactured in 3 mm PMMA ( also known as ' acrylic glass '), they are tuned for aerodynamic performance and optimal weather protection ; for some models there are two designs available , New Generation Sport or New Generation Touring , in a range of colourways .

Seen here on the Triumph Tiger 900 ( 2021 ), Puig handguard extensions add extra protection to the handguards on selected cross-over (' dual-purpose ') models . Manufactured in hard and highly scratchresistant PMMA ( Polymethylmethacrylate ), they are aerodynamic and protect motorcycle levers and riders ' hands . Offered in a choice of clear smoked , dark smoked and transparent to match the screens .
Manual Elevation Mechanism
Available for the KTM 790 Adventure ( 2021 ), Puig ' s windscreen Manual Elevation Mechanism ( M . E . M .) " improves the performance of the motorcycle and provides dynamic aerodynamic protection that is adaptive to the characteristics of each driving moment and situation . " It is a compact mechanism that allows tool-free modification of the position of the screen to adapt itself to the different situations that the chosen route demands . You can raise and increase the aerodynamic protection on fast roads or in adverse weather conditions , and you can also decrease it in the city or when driving off-road for a wide field view without interference , and for a sporty look . The mechanism works with OEM and Puig screens .

This new scooter lever design " emphasizes the minimalist and avant-garde character of current scooters . Milled from a single aluminium block , the piece is then anodised in a black or silver tone ". Puig ' s designers have incorporated a regulation and adjustment system through a small wheel , located in the anchor area - the rider can modify the distance at which the fist lever remains at its maximum extension - an excellent feature for people with small hands . It improves the feel of two-finger braking and allows riders to keep them on the lever - a key defensive driving technique for city riders .
