Dolmeh Ingredients: 6 peppers (capsicum). Mix red, yellow and green 500 g ground meat 40 g dried herbs (parsley, dill, tarragon) 100 g cooked rice 3 tbsp of fried onion 2 tbsp tomato paste 2 cups tomato juice ½ cup lemon juice Salt Black pepper Steps: Iran 1. Add the meat to a pan with hot oil until it turns to brown 2. Add the dried herbs to the meat. 3. Add tomato paste, cooked rice, lemon juice, salt and pepper aand simmer gently. Pour one cup tomato juice into the mix and let it boil for 20 min. 4. Cut the top of the peppers and remove all of the granules inside and put the peppers in boiling water until they get a little softer. 5. Fill the peppers with the mix and put the pepper tops back. 6.
