Guillermo Hernán Ruperez (born July 25, 1982 Grenada) – Spanish volleyball
player playing quarterback, representative of Spain.
In the 2007/08 season he played in the Universidad Granada team. After the
decision of the rector about the deprofessionalisation of the university sports
sections, including the volleyball team, he moved to the CAI Voleibol Teruel club,
which he later became captain. With this team he won the Spanish
Championship three times in a row and once he won the King of Spain Cup and
was chosen the MVP of the whole tournament.
He is a multiple representative of Spain (since 2005). Together with the national
team he won the European championship and four times stood on the podium
of the European League, including once on the highest level.
