III.4 Dance – fun facts

During the dance, our heart rate is maintained at 120-140 strokes, which
has a positive effect on the cardiovascular system. Of course, physical
activity also promotes fat burning. What's more, it was found that dance
can improve the bone condition of patients with osteoporosis. Or maybe
a few dancing steps for a headache? Yes, because during the dance, you
release in the body endorphins, which relieve pain and increase
resistance to it. In addition, dancing will help us to get a beautiful figure,
strengthen our muscles and, what is equally important, can increase our
self-confidence and cure complexes.
