DISPLAYS, EXHIBITS, AND DECORATIONS
All special decor arrangements and implementation must be approved by the Club. All displays, exhibits and decorations must conform to the local fire code ordinances and rules. The Club does not permit affixing to walls, floors or ceilings with nails, staples, pins or any other substance unless approved. Painter’ s tape is permitted. Confetti, glitter, rice, or the like is not permitted inside or outside of the building. Fireworks and sparklers are also prohibited. Enclosed candles are allowed. The event host is responsible for any damage caused by displays, exhibits, and decorations or excessive clean-up.
EVENT SET-UP, TEAR DOWN, AND DAMAGE TO PROPERTY
Room setup is guaranteed no sooner than four( 4) hours before the Event. Please contact the Catering Office to arrange the time for your setup. Any decorations must be removed and taken at the conclusion of the contracted end time, unless special arrangements are made with the Catering Office. Last minute décor requests and setup changes may result in additional labor fees. Interlachen Country Club is not responsible for personal belongings and rental property before, during and after the event.
Interlachen Country Club reserves the right to charge an appropriate clean up or damage repair fee if the condition of the facilities after the event deem this to be necessary. The cost of any repairs or cleanup fee will be billed to the host of the event.
USE OF LOGO & COPYRIGHTS
The Club’ s logo is one of its most recognizable symbols. Please contact the Catering Office for permission to utilize the Club’ s logo. The Club reserves the right to grant or deny use of its logo.
VENDOR REQUIREMENTS
Load-In & Load-Out: Vendor load-in and load-out shall take place through main Clubhouse doors at valet. The height & width of the valet chalet is 11 feet tall and 21 feet wide. Any items with wheels or requiring a cart must be loaded in via the guest elevator. Carts are not allowed on the stairs. Load-in & delivery taking place of business hours( Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM) must be arranged and approved ahead of time by the Catering department. All vendor equipment and property is required to be removed following the conclusion of the Event unless otherwise arranged with the Catering department. The Club does not provide storage space for vendor equipment and property.
POLITICAL AFFILIATION
All events must be private and not open to the public or publicly advertised. The invitation must be clear that the Club is not issuing the invitation or hosting the event – the Club is the location not the host or sponsor. The Club’ s digital signage will list the event by the Member’ s name. Political names, slogans, or taglines are not allowed on the Club’ s digital information display. Signage is not allowed outside the event space. Producing public-facing content, such as video or photography of candidates, at the Club is not permitted. All photographs or other photographic recordings of events taken at the Club during any event may be used only for personal or private use( i. e., non-commercial use). Media coverage is not permitted. The Club reserves the right to cancel events that lead to protesters or negative publicity at its sole discretion. The Club retains the right to end the event early if the Club rules are not being followed or if the event becomes disruptive to the Club’ s operations.
SMOKING POLICY
Interlachen Country Club is a non-smoking facility in compliance with the Minnesota Indoor Clean Air Act All areas where food and beverage service takes place outdoors are designated as non-smoking. Smoking is not permitted on the Ballroom Deck.
LIABILITY AND CONDUCT
The Club is not liable for any damages to event hosts or guests and will not assume liability for loss or damage to articles left in the Club prior to, during or following an event. Event hosts are responsible for the conduct of all persons in attendance at their event and for any damages done to the Club or persons as a result of their event.

• Tables and banquet chairs
• Table numbers and stanchions
• Wireless high-speed internet in all rooms

EQUIPMENT AND DECORATIONS
Additional equipment and decorations available upon request.
Elevator: The elevator is available for use. Padding is required when moving objects that can damage walls. The elevator size is 5 feet wide, 6 feet 8 inches height with a 3 feet wide door.
Power: Due to limited power distribution in event spaces, any power requirements beyond( 1) 20-amp circuit will need to be approved and assigned by the Catering department prior to the event date.
