PROJECT COSTS The line-item budgets were developed in concert with our project partners . We have been working closely with Andrew Green Design ( Golf Course ), Shea Design and Zeman Construction ( Both for Facilities ), as well as Damon Farber ( Landscape ) throughout the planning process to develop budgets for each element of the project , and we are confident in the estimated costs . Each individual project budget also includes a contingency .
