A will provide members of all ages a place to call their own , featuring a new tavern-style restaurant , event space , and the option to build out the Lower Level in the future .
MAIN LEVEL
Featuring a family-focused restaurant and bar that is light and bright , while maintaining the Club ’ s overall heritage feel . More casual than the Bobby Jones Pub & Grille , it will feature an indoor / outdoor bar , pizza oven , and expansive patio with covered and open spaces .
UPPER LEVEL
Ideal for Club and private events , such as anniversaries , birthdays , sports banquets , and other celebratory gatherings of family and friends , this space will include a small bar and an outdoor terrace .
LOWER LEVEL
( Not included in proposed scope )
The new Lodge includes a full basement . While not part of the proposed scope , a future opportunity would be to build out the Lower Level with a speakeasy vibe ( but welcoming to all ages ). This space could feature year-round social activities including , bowling lanes , bar , and lounge seating .

Member dining covers have increased steadily since 2017 from 50,000 to 75,000 ($ 1.7MM to $ 2.8MM in sales ). Unfortunately , we cannot meet demand in the Bobby Jones Pub & Grille . There is also demand for more variety and a need for food and beverage at our racquet and skating facility that is currently unmet .
