With every hill and lake , they saw the opportunity for exceptional golf course topography . With the tallest hilltop , they envisioned the place for our now iconic Clubhouse to sit . Innovation is one of our Club ’ s values and is a mark of the Interlachen spirit . It is through this spirit , that what began as 146 acres of humble farmland , has stood as one of the most prominent clubs in the nation for over a century .
