The
Unbeliever
Once, there was a man who didn’t believe in God. He
would look around and see pain and misery around
him, and wonder, 'Why would a good god create such
a world?'
He thought those who believed in God
were ignorants . The only reason they
believed in god was because their
parents had told them to. He believed, no
one really knew their religion, for they
had merely inherited it.
The man got into the habit of ridiculing religious people. He thought that was funny
and brave of him, for that was a time when atheists were laughed or pitied upon. He
loved picking up quarrels with them.

‘Indeed,’ replied another believer.
‘So why did he create evil?’ he questioned.
‘He did not. Man created evil,’ came the reply again.
‘Then why would he create such men who would create evil? Do you still think he
isn't responsible?’ he asked.
The believers had no answers for such questions. They had to walk away with a
solemn face uttering, ‘May God show you the correct path.’

After quarreling and shaming many such people, he became quiet bold. He now
wanted to argue with someone special, somebody more important.
