Healthy Apple
Salad
Ingredients
pineapple chunks: 1 cup
apple cider vinegar: 2 tbsp
sugar: 1/3 cup
egg: 1 large (lightly beaten)
flour: 1 tbsp flour
apples: 4 large (diced)
peanuts: 2 cups

Method
1. Drain the liquid from
pineapple chunks into a 3-
quart saucepan.
2. Add the vinegar, sugar, egg
and flour.
3. Cook over medium heat,
stirring constantly, until it
thickens (under adult
supervision).
4. Remove from heat and pour
into a large bowl.
6. Stir well.
7. Refrigerate for about 8
hours before serving.
(Although it is fine to serve
it right away if you're short
on time)
