(Intelligent Women) - Junk food, from sweet to savoury, has been indulged by all of us at some point in our lives.  We know that it is unhealthy; that it has no nutritional value and that it is packed with calories, an excess of unhealthy fats and an unnecessary amount of sugar and salt. We also know that by eating junk food we do not acquire sufficient nutrition, leading to many health conditions such as cancer, high blood pressure, heart problems, depression, fatigue and obesity, to name a few. If we know all about these "naughty foods" and how they are harmful to us, why do we keep induldging in them?

Overindulging on junk foods, or even eating them on occasion when a craving strikes, is not about the lack of will power within. [MORE]
